Reputation generally appears to remain at 0, however, it can be manipulated.

While I'm certain moderators or Admins likely have something they may push in order to change reputation, each post has a + and - symbol next to it.

placing a + will give them 1 rep, and placing a - will make them loose one rep

To demonstrate, I will be placing a + next to each of Kron and Fantasy's posts, giving them a positive reputation on our forums.
